We provide Physiotherapy services for NDIS, Private Clients, Medicare (everyone is bulk billed), DVA and Workcover.

HOW LONG WILL MY CONSULTATION BE?

  • NDIS Initial Consultation: 1 Hour Face to Face & 1 Hour Initial Assessment Report and Therapy Plan (non-face to face)

  • Private Consultation: 40 Minutes

  • Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plan): 30 Minutes

  • DVA: 30 Minutes

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY CONSULTATION?

  • NDIS: Please bring a copy of your NDIS Plan, medical history or letter from your doctor with any diagnosis’ or medical conditions

  • If you are under 18 years of age, please bring an adult with you for your initial physiotherapy appointment.

  • If you have had any X rays or previous scans please bring them with you to your appointment.

  • Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plan): Please bring a copy of your Physiotherapy referral

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CONSULTATION

  • NDIS Self Managed: You will recieve a 7 day invoice

  • NDIS Plan Managed: Your nominated plan manager will recieve a 7 day invoice

  • Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Plan): Bulk Billed with a valid referral

  • Private Consultation: Pay on the day with Eftpos or cash, Hicaps available for private health insurance with real time claims
